3. Intellectual Property

All Kakofi branding and content are owned by us. Users retain rights to their own uploaded content.

4. Payments

All tips and product purchases are final. We are not responsible for payment platform errors.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kakofi is not liable for indirect damages or losses exceeding total fees paid.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Rwanda. Disputes resolved in Kigali courts.

7. Changes to Terms
